A 14 watt fluorescent light that will penetrate up to 12 inches from the bulb's surface. In most other reptile bulbs, the UVB completely dissipates at 3 inches to 4 inches from the bulb's surface. It helps to prevent or reverse Metabolic Bone Disease commonly seen in captive lizards at 6 to 12 months of age.
